2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

b) Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment
c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
3.1 All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling.
3.2 Where we charge separately for carriage, the appropriate rates are set out in our Delivery pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
3.3 Prices of goods are subject to change without notice.
4.1 We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs represent correctly the products. However, colours of fabrics shown on this website may not be relied upon for colour matching. The buyer must always obtain a sample.
5.1 All goods offered are subject to availability.
6.1 We aim to deliver within the timescales stated although occasionally, delivery may be subject to conditions outside our control. We will not be held liable for any compensation or damages as a result of late delivery.
6.2 If we are unable to deliver within our normal delivery time we will contact you immediately to agree a new delivery date.
7.1 For Made to Measure Items, you may cancel your order any time before you have received our email confirmation and up to 24 hours after the day you placed your order. Any cancellations must be made in writing. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
7.2 For other items you may cancel your order any time up to the point of despatch. Where goods have already been dispatch, please follow the returns instructions outlined in section 8. Returns. 8.1 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Please notify us in writing if you want to return items.
8.2 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid.
8.3 The right to return goods to us as referred to in clause 8.1 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
a) Product has been used/cut.
b) Product has been taken out of original packaging
c) Any products that have been made to your specification, unless faulty, detailed in section 'About us.'
The provisions of clause 8.3 do not affect your statutory rights.
9.1 Curtains and blinds are made to a tolerance of +/- 1 cm of the measurements given by the customer.
10.1 Pattern repeats can vary on jacquards from batch to batch, and is caused by loom tension. The Seller cannot guarantee consistency. In the case of handmade fabrics, pattern repeats can vary from roll to roll, as all fabric is washed at source prior to delivery, and shrinkage is not consistent.
10.2 Fabric width will generally be the same for all jacquard fabrics, however the width of handmade fabric will vary from the washing process. The widths stated are an approximation, and can vary by as much as 10% on the hand made products.
10.3 The Buyer is warned that after treatments such as flame retarding or stain repellent or any similar treatments may alter the fabrics in respect of resistance to; tear strength; breaking strength; seam slippage; colour; lightfastness and resistance to rubbing. The Seller cannot accept responsibility for the performance, durability or finish of fabrics which are given any sort of treatment subsequent to purchase from the Seller.
10.4 The entire responsibility is that of the Buyer for ensuring that after such processing the fabric remains in a satisfactory quality for its intended purpose.
10.5 Textile materials do shrink. A shrinkage tolerance of up to 4% should be allowed when making soft furnishings.
